Returns & Exchanges

At Cotopaxi, we want you to love your Gear for Good, but we understand if things don't work out. We offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for printerless drop-off.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items—preferably in the original reusable mailer—and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
